This annoys me when stores do this. They save *maybe* $5-7/day in electricy and in the end loose thousands of dollars in sales because their store and millions of dollars of mechandise is now inadequately lighted and less-attractive to impulse buyers. Not to mention that the store looks depressing and attracts fewer return customers.
